Reading a report
How to read a report from its headline down to the raw evidence, and how to tell what it could not see.
Every AGENTEX report has the same structure, whichever agent produced it. This page is a quick guide for your first report. The Reports section covers each part in depth.
Start at the top#
The report header shows the agent, the subject (for example a token or a transaction), the network, and the result status:

| Complete | Every required finding was observed and is backed by evidence from this run. |
| Partial | Some findings could not be established. Each one says why. |
| Failed | The run could not produce a report, for example because the network was unavailable. |
Notices under the header call out anything you should know before reading further: bounded coverage (fewer blocks read than requested), sources that disagreed, or datasets that were unavailable.
Overview#
The Overview tab gives the headline, a short summary and the key findings. It is the fastest way to answer "what did the agent find?".
Findings#
The Findings tab lists every section the agent declared. Each finding has a status:
- Observed: read from the chain or a source in this run, with evidence.
- From input: taken from what you entered (for example the address you researched).
- Unknown, unavailable or not applicable: the agent could not establish it, with the reason.
Each observed finding has an evidence button. Select it to jump to the reads it rests on.
Evidence#
The Evidence tab lists every read the run made. For each item you see:
- What this proves: the findings it supports;
- the observation: the value that was read;
- the source and method (for example an RPC method or a public API);
- the context: the block or slot, and whether the read was complete.

Limitations#
Every report ends with what it cannot establish: sources that are not connected, ranges that were not read, or checks the agent does not perform. Read them before you rely on a finding. A finding that says nothing was found means nothing was found in what the agent read, not that it does not exist.
Export and share#
The Export tab downloads the report as JSON, CSV, Markdown or a readable HTML file, and creates share links that anyone can open without an account. See Export and sharing.
