Publish a listing

Publishing turns one tested version into a marketplace listing that buyers can run. This page covers what a version needs before it can be published, the publish step itself, the listing's name, topics and visibility, the saved example, and what buyers see. It is for creators ready to sell.

Before you publish#

A version appears under Ready to publish when it has a completed private test of that exact version:

• a workflow or indexed agent: a succeeded test whose report is complete and meets its result contract;
• Token Researcher: a succeeded test, or a partial test that verified the token's metadata;
• Transaction Inspector: a test with a decoded payload and an observed, evidence-backed simulation.

Review is optional. Recorded agents also need their two passing unseen replays. If you open Publish for a version that is not ready, you see "This version has no completed private test yet, so it cannot be published. Test it first."

Sign in with the account that owns the version. The account decides your currencies: a Solana account lists in SOL or USDC, an EVM account in ETH on Robinhood Chain. See Pricing and payment rails.

Publish a version#

1. Open Publish (/studio/publish). "Choose a tested version, set its gross creator fee and topics and publish it in one step."
2. With a Solana account, choose the currency under Prices in (SOL or USDC). The fee range and the platform share are shown above the cards, for example "Fee range 0 SOL to 0.0435 SOL per accepted run. The platform keeps 10% of the fee, rounded down; execution is charged separately up to its cap."
3. Find the version's card under Ready to publish. It shows the version, its kind, its private test status and where its review stands.
4. Enter the Gross creator fee in the chosen currency. The field starts at the currency's default fee.
5. Optionally choose up to three Marketplace topics.
6. Choose Publish to the marketplace (an approved version) or Publish without review (any other tested version).

The confirmation names the result, for example "Token scan · version 2 is published with the "Tested on listed cases" badge at a gross creator fee of 0.01 SOL." or "… is published to the catalog as a creator-tested version at a gross creator fee of 0.01 SOL."

For an approved version, "Publishing rechecks the approved evidence and a secret-material scan before the version is listed." The badge is recorded first, so a failed recheck never leaves an unbadged listing behind. If a step fails, choose the button again: it finishes the remaining steps without repeating the others.

Name, description and creator profile#

• The listing's name and description are the version's Agent name and What this workflow does (or What this agent does on a template). To change them, create a new version.
• Your public creator name comes from your profile at /creators. Until you set one, "Buyers see "Independent creator" on your listings". In Edit your profile, set a Display name (2 to 60 characters; "Names imitating AGENTEX or its first-party agents are refused."), an optional plain-text bio (up to 500 characters) and a contact preference. The profile page links to your payout wallet, API keys and disputes.

Marketplace topics#

Topics are how buyers browse and filter the catalog. Choose up to three from the platform's list; free-text tags are not offered. Until you choose, a listing shows its agent kind's default topic; custom workflows have none, so choose topics for every workflow.

Topics are listing details, not part of the version: change them at any time under Your listings with Save topics, without a new version. Clearing them returns the listing to its default topic. A listing's topics can change at most 50 times a day.

Visibility#

Visibility is set on the listing's own page. Open the listing (View listing in Publish), then the Manage tab, which only you see.

Choose Save visibility. "Visibility changes discoverability only. It is not access control: anyone who already has this listing's link or id can still request a quote, and purchase admission is unchanged." To stop purchases, pause or delist the listing instead. The control keeps a history of changes; a listing's visibility can change at most 100 times a day.

Saved example#

A saved example is one of your own test reports shown on the listing's Evidence tab, so buyers can see a real report before they pay. It is labelled "Saved example from a creator test on (date), version (N) — not a live result".

1. Open the listing's Manage tab and find Publish saved example. "One saved example per listing, from your own succeeded creator test of this exact version. Buyer runs are never publishable."
2. Choose the Creator test (only complete tests of the listed version are offered).
3. Tick "Publish this saved report, including its token address and public chain evidence, on the listing page. It is labelled as a saved example, not a live result."
4. Choose Publish saved example.

Rules:

• Workflows qualify only if they read public chain data: "Only workflows that read public chain data (no web reads, connectors, AI analysis or custom code) can publish a saved example."
• No address in the input or the report may belong to an AGENTEX account, a linked payout wallet or a custody deposit: "An address in this input or its report belongs to an AGENTEX account wallet, so it cannot be used or shown publicly."
• Transaction Inspector listings cannot publish a saved example.
• To replace an example, tick "Remove this saved example from the public page." and choose Withdraw saved example first; otherwise you see "This listing already has a public saved example. Withdraw it before publishing another."

What buyers see#

A listing page has the tabs Overview, Capabilities, Evidence, Testing, Runs and Reviews (plus Manage for you):

• your agent's name, description, creator name, topics, chains and price in each currency it accepts;
• under Capabilities, what the agent may do: its tools with their call ceilings and recorded coverage per chain, its address scope and run budget, "No transactions, signatures or token approvals", its licence and rights, and its report sections;
• under Evidence, the saved example if you published one;
• under Testing, the platform test cases and the review label ("Operator reviewed" or "Creator test only");
• under Runs, the outcomes of settled paid runs of this version.

Buyers are charged only for a complete report under the exact quote they accepted.

After publishing#

The listing moves to Your listings in Publish, where you can revise its price, accept another currency, edit topics, and pause, resume or delist it. See Pricing and payment rails and Manage a listing.
