Earnings and withdrawals
How creator earnings accrue per currency, the payout lifecycle and holds, statements, and withdrawing earnings to your wallet.
You earn when a buyer's paid run of your listing settles. This page explains where earnings appear, what each figure means, how disputes and holds affect them, how to download a statement and how to withdraw. It is for creators with live listings. What earns and what does not#
- Only settled paid runs by other buyers earn. "Earnings come only from settled buyer runs, never from tests."
- Your creator credit for a run is its gross creator fee minus the platform's 10% share.
- A run is charged, and so earns, only when its report is complete under the quote the buyer accepted.
- You cannot buy your own listing: the marketplace refuses quotes where the buyer is the listing's creator. Runs paid by your own creator account, and platform-funded preview runs, are reported separately and excluded from marketplace totals.
- Earnings are kept per currency. "SOL, USDC and ETH are never added together."

The earnings figures#
The Earnings tab shows one card per currency you have earned in:

| External costs | The platform's provider costs, valued at the published tariff. |
| Platform operating margin | The platform's margin on these runs. Shown for transparency. |
| Awaiting settlement | "Maximum credit; not yet earned": the most you could earn from accepted runs that have not settled. |
Below the figures, Marketplace run outcomes counts accepted runs by outcome (succeeded, partial, failed, cancelled, expired, pending billing and in progress). By listing and version breaks the same figures down per listing, with the average per settled run. Self-funded test activity lists your free creator tests and any runs your own account paid for.
Every figure is exact, in the currency's own units; hover a value to see it in atomic units.
Payout lifecycle and holds#
Each card has a Payout lifecycle:

| Withdrawal in flight | Requested and not yet confirmed on chain. |

The card states the "Disclosed payout hold on settled runs". In production the hold is currently none on every rail, so settled credit is eligible at once. Credit still inside a hold also stays out of payout while a dispute filed inside the hold is open.
Buyers can dispute a run for 14 days after it settles. "A dispute refund can reclaim a run's creator credit only while that credit is still held. Eligible or withdrawn income is never clawed back; the platform refund reserve covers it." When refunds have happened, the card adds Dispute refunds on your runs, showing how much was refunded and from which source. See your runs' disputes at /disputes.
A reconciliation line under each lifecycle checks that credited minus clawed back equals your balance plus withdrawals. It must show zero unexplained units.
Download a statement#
Under Earnings statement ("Every settlement, compensating refund and creator-earnings withdrawal as exact atomic units per asset"), choose Download CSV or Download JSON. Each line has:

All amounts are in atomic units of the line's currency: lamports for SOL, millionths for USDC and wei for ETH.
Withdraw earnings#
- Open Wallet & earnings → Deposits & withdrawals (or choose Withdraw earnings, or Withdraw them on the Earnings tab).
- Choose the currency, then Creator earnings under Withdraw from (not Research balance).
- Enter the amount. The page shows where it will go.
- Review, then sign the approval text with your wallet. "Signing costs nothing." Signing proves control of the wallet; it never authorises any other payment.

A Solana withdrawal that has not been paid yet can be cancelled; the amount returns to your balance ("Withdrawal cancelled. The amount is back in your balance.").
Change your payout wallet (EVM accounts)#
EVM accounts can send creator earnings to a different wallet. Solana accounts always withdraw to their sign-in wallet.
- Open Wallet & earnings → Account (or Payout wallet and account closure from your creator profile).
- Under Creator payout wallet, choose Re-authenticate to change and sign with your account wallet.
- Enter the New payout wallet address and choose Prepare wallet link.
- Switch your browser wallet to the new wallet and sign the exact message shown ("I control this wallet and ask AGENTEX to send this account's future creator payouts to it."), then choose Sign with the new wallet.
The change applies to future creator payouts. Payout wallet history lists every change. Research balances still withdraw to your sign-in wallet.
