Manage a listing

Pause, resume and delist a listing, change its visibility, and handle buyer reviews, reports, moderation and appeals.

A listing stays under your control after it is published. This page covers the listing statuses, pausing, resuming and delisting, visibility, buyer reviews, and what happens when buyers report a listing or an operator moderates it. It is for creators running live listings.

Listing statuses#

StatusBuyersAccepted runs
ActiveCan request quotes and buy.Run and settle normally.
PausedCannot request or accept quotes: "This listing is paused by its creator and is not accepting new quotes or acceptances."Continue and settle at their accepted price.
DelistedCannot request or accept quotes. Permanent.Continue and settle at their accepted price.

Separately, a listing can be hidden or unlisted by you, or removed by an operator. A version's review status can also stop new purchases (see Review and the badge). See Statuses for the full list.

Pause, resume or delist#

In Publish, under Your listings:

  1. Enter a Reason for a status change (at least 3 characters). It is recorded with the change.
  2. Choose Pause (on an active listing), Resume (on a paused one) or Delist.
  3. Check the confirmation and choose Confirm:
    • Pause: "Pause new quotes and acceptances?"
    • Resume: "Resume new quotes?"
    • Delist: "Delist permanently? This cannot be undone."

Each confirmation adds: "Runs buyers already accepted continue and settle at their accepted price." The results read "Listing paused. No new quotes or acceptances; accepted runs continue and settle normally.", "Listing resumed for new quotes." and "Listing delisted permanently. Accepted runs still settle; your earnings and history are kept."

A delisted listing cannot change price, accept a new currency or be relisted: "This version was delisted. Create a new version to list it again." If someone else changed the listing since you loaded it, the change is refused with "This listing changed. Review its current status first."

The listing card shows its status and the last reason, for example "Workflow · Paused · Upgrading to version 3".

Visibility#

Visibility decides whether a listing appears in browse and search. Set it on the listing's page, in the Manage tab:

  • Public: "Listed in browse and search."
  • Unlisted: "Left out of browse and search; anyone with the link can open it."
  • Hidden: "Public page returns not found; only you can open it."

Visibility is not access control: anyone with the listing's link or id can still request a quote. To stop purchases, pause or delist. See Publish a listing.

Buyer reviews#

Buyers can rate a listing and leave a short written review on its Reviews tab:

  • only from their own paid run of that exact listed version, once it settled as succeeded or partial with a charge;
  • creators cannot review their own listings ("Creators cannot review their own listings. Self-funded runs do not count as marketplace reviews."), and runs linked to the creator do not count;
  • a buyer can revise their review; operators can hide reviews that break the rules.

Reviews show the version they were written for, so an old version's reviews do not follow a new listing.

Reports and moderation#

Any signed-in buyer can use Report a problem with this listing with one of these reasons: Impersonation, Unsafe behaviour, Misleading listing, Does not work, or Other. "Reports go to a platform operator. The creator sees only the report category, never who reported it."

An operator can act on a listing, always with a written reason:

ActionShown to you asEffect
RemoveRemoved"Buyers get "not found" and new purchases are paused." Only you can still open the page.
RestoreRestoredThe removal ends.
Revoke versionVersion revokedThe version is permanently revoked: "publish a new version to continue."

Operators cannot moderate their own listings, and a version with an operator removal in effect cannot be published.

The moderation record and appeals#

When an operator has acted on your listing, its Manage tab shows a Moderation record that only you see: each action with its number, date and reason, and the report counts by category.

To appeal an action, fill in the appeal statement ("Appeal statement (a different operator decides)", 10 to 2,000 characters of plain text) and send it. The record then shows "Appeal sent (date) · awaiting a separate operator", and later the decision, upheld or overturned, with the operator's reason. A different operator from the one who took the action always decides.

Closing your account#

Closing your account (in Wallet & earnings → Account, for EVM accounts) delists your listings. The page tells you whether any outstanding obligations block closure. Withdraw your earnings first.
