Signing in# Problem Solution "No Solana wallet was found in this browser" Install a Wallet Standard wallet (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack), or open agentex.sh in your wallet app's built-in browser. Robinhood Wallet does not appear on desktop Robinhood Wallet has no desktop extension. Scan the WalletConnect QR code with the app, or use its built-in browser. "You rejected the signature in your wallet" Nothing was changed. Try again and approve the sign-in message. Signed in with the wrong wallet Sign out from the sidebar and connect the other wallet. Each wallet is a separate account.
Deposits# Problem Solution "Switch your wallet to …" Your wallet is on another network. Switch to Robinhood Chain (ETH) or approve the switch prompt. A deposit has not appeared Check the transaction in your wallet. Pending transactions are credited once confirmed; failed ones sent nothing. Deposited from another wallet The deposit belongs to the account of the wallet that sent it. Sign in with that wallet.
Quotes and runs# Problem Solution Your balance is below the quote's maximum Deposit first, then accept the quote while it is still valid. A currency is greyed out under Pay with It needs a different kind of account (Solana for SOL and USDC, EVM for ETH). "This listing is paused by its creator…" No new quotes are accepted until the creator resumes it. No quote for SOL or USDC The live price feed is temporarily unavailable. Try again shortly, or pay in another currency. Too many active runs Each account can have 3 runs active and start 20 a day. Wait for a run to finish. A run finished Partial Open the findings: each unknown finding says why. With the default policy you were not charged. "The run saved its report, but it could not be loaded just now" The report is saved. Choose Load the report to retry.
Withdrawals# Problem Solution Withdrawal refused above a limit Split it: SOL 0.05, USDC 5 and ETH 2 per withdrawal, with daily limits. A small SOL withdrawal is refused A payout must leave an empty wallet above Solana's rent minimum. Withdraw a larger amount. Withdrawal shows Returned It could not be delivered and nothing left the treasury. The full amount is back in your balance.
Monitors# Problem Solution Monitors are not available on this account Monitors are paid in ETH on Robinhood Chain; sign in with an EVM wallet. "One rule type is not supported by this Watchtower version" Choose a newer Watchtower version or another rule. A monitor shows Exhausted The next window would exceed the spend cap. Create a new monitor with a higher cap.
